By attending or participating in the Investor Lounge events, hosted by K2MATCH, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

  1. No Investment Advice or Endorsement
    The Event is for informational purposes only. Presentations by companies, sponsors, or individuals do not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice. The Organizer does not endorse, recommend, or guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or viability of any company, product, service, or investment opportunity presented. Attendees and investors should conduct their own due diligence before making any decisions.

  2. No Liability for Financial Decisions
    The Organizer, its affiliates, employees, and representatives shall not be held liable for any financial losses, damages, or claims arising from investments, partnerships, or business decisions made based on information presented at the Event.

  3. Forward-Looking Statements
    Some presentations may contain forward-looking statements about future business performance or market potential. These statements are based on assumptions and are subject to risks and uncertainties. Actual results may differ materially from projections.

  4. Intellectual Property and Confidentiality
    Presenters retain rights to their intellectual property. Unauthorized recording, reproduction, or distribution of any materials shared at the Event is prohibited. Attendees should not disclose confidential or proprietary information unless explicitly permitted by the disclosing party.

  5. Sponsorship and Third-Party Content
    Sponsors may present their products or services at the Event. The Organizer is not responsible for the claims, representations, or offerings of sponsors or third-party presenters. Engagements with sponsors are at the attendee's discretion and risk.

  6. Event Recording and Use of Likeness
    The Event may be recorded, photographed, or streamed for promotional and archival purposes. By attending, you grant the Organizer the right to use your image, likeness, and voice in promotional materials without compensation. If you do not wish to be recorded, please inform the Organizer before the Event.

  7. Changes, Cancellations, and Force Majeure
    The Organizer reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel the Event due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to technical issues, speaker cancellations, or force majeure events. The Organizer shall not be liable for any costs or damages incurred due to such changes.

  8. Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver
    Attendees assume all risks related to participation in the Event, including but not limited to personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property. The Organizer is not responsible for any incidents that occur during or as a result of attending the Event.

By attending the Event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this disclaimer. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from attending or participating.

  • Information shared should be accurate and not misleading, ensuring that all representations about companies, financials, and opportunities are made in good faith.

  • All participants should engage in fair and ethical business conduct, avoiding deceptive, misleading, or fraudulent practices.

  • Startups and sponsors should present their businesses, products, and financials truthfully, while investors should engage in discussions and negotiations in a responsible and professional manner.

3. Respect & Inclusivity

  • The Event encourages a respectful and inclusive environment where all participants, regardless of background, feel welcome.

  • Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior of any kind will not be accepted.

  • Participants should engage in constructive and professional discussions, fostering a collaborative atmosphere.

4. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property

  • Proprietary information shared during the Event should be treated with respect, and participants are encouraged to honor any confidentiality agreements or understandings.

  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of another party’s intellectual property without permission is discouraged.

5. Responsible Investment & Networking

  • Investors and startups should engage in ethical and professional discussions, ensuring that all negotiations and commitments are transparent and fair.

  • Networking and business engagements should be conducted respectfully, with a focus on building meaningful connections.

  • Participants are encouraged to be mindful of privacy and to engage in appropriate business solicitation practices.

6. Transparency in Sponsorships & Endorsements

  • Sponsors and presenters should clearly disclose any affiliations, financial interests, or promotional arrangements.

  • Transparency in messaging helps maintain trust and credibility within the community.

7. Compliance with Laws & Regulations

  • Participants are expected to adhere to applicable laws and regulations related to business, finance, and professional conduct.

  • The Event does not facilitate any activities that conflict with legal or regulatory requirements.

8. Community Accountability

  • Participants are encouraged to report any concerns related to ethical behavior or conduct to the Event Organizer.

  • The Organizer reserves the right to take appropriate action in response to violations of this Code, which may include warnings or exclusion from the Event.
